How much does it cost?
The price to rent Sunningdale during the 2025 season is $30,000 for a Thursday at noon arrival and Monday at noon departure
How many people can Sunningdale accomodate?
The Lodge and cabins can accommodate around 40 overnight guests. For weddings, our capacity is around 150 people (dependent on where you host your events on the property).
What dates is it available to rent?
Sunningdale Lodge is available to rent from the first weekend in June through Labor Day weekend. Email us to inquire about availability for your special event. We are currently booking through 2026.
Can I stay at Sunningdale for a night?
Unfortunately, no. We are not a hotel or inn, think of us as a vacation rental for your event.
Can I rent Sunningdale for the day?
While we focus on overnight extended event rentals we will entertain “day” only events. Please reach out via email to request a conversation to discuss possibilities.
Do you provide any services?
No, the renter is responsible for any catering or services. We are happy to give you some recommendations if you would like.
