

THE MAIN LODGE
The heart of the property, the Main Lodge (3,500 sq.ft.) with dining tables for 60+, a magnificent Great Room, several conversation areas, modern kitchen, 8 bedrooms with fabulous views, pool table, and dry bar.
THE REC HALL
The Rec Hall (overall 50 ft x 70 ft) with front porch (10 ft x 50 ft), stage (12 ft x 23 ft) and two areas off each side of the stage (8.5 ft x 12 ft) — is a uniquely perfect event space for wedding receptions, performances, dinners, meetings and other large group activities.
THE BOAT HOUSE
The spacious boat house (1,000 sq.ft.) – a place to chat and reminisce by the lake and take a break from the surrounding sun, beach, and water activities. Spectacular sunset views with Mt. Washington off in the distance.
THE CABINS
These six spacious but traditional cabins feature the charm of the real Maine camp experience with the comforts of home. Each cabin sleeps 4-5 people (2 bedrooms), kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, storage area, and full bathroom with shower.
THE FIRE PIT
Just one “S’more” reason to love Sunningdale – guests can comfortably gather around the sizeable (25+ guests) granite fire pit to roast marshmallows and sing old camp songs.
THE CRAFT HOUSE
Formerly the Arts and Crafts building, this structure (fully screened in) is now a gathering place that offers a cafe like setting that’s perfect for intimate conversations while you enjoy the lakeside view nestled in the tall pines.
THE COTTAGE
This quaint cottage provides great views of Sebago Lake, a walk out patio along with two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge area and bathroom.
THE GAME CABIN
The Game Cabin (750 sq.ft.) next to the Fire Pit — features a ping-pong table, blackjack table, and is a great setting for poker/ card games, etc.
